Objective: Use PQ techniques to rewire your brain to build mental fitness. Clients have experienced better work performance, a reduction in stress, burnout, and anxiety, as well as better sleep and improved relationships.
How: Weekly coach-led meetings, videos, reading, and the self-guided PQ Flagship app for your phone, laptop, or other device. A time commitment is necessary of 2-3 hours per week. PQ Training Pods are for 2–8 people. A leadership team or family can also participate as a group. They include the use of the PQ App for 12 months after Training.
