What is a Mental Fitness Training Program like?

Mental Fitness Training is an immersive and transformative experience where you strengthen your mental muscles, conquer self-doubt, and elevate your resilience. Imagine a dynamic blend of practical tools, expert guidance, and a supportive community—all aimed at unlocking your full potential. 

Mental Fitness Training programs take an hour a week for meeting time with your Pod (your fellow participants), and another 2 hours a week in individual practice over 8 weeks. 

This includes spending 15 minutes a day with the Flagship Positive Intelligence (PQ) app that works on any device, cell phone, tablet, laptop or computer.
